WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN NUTRITION MEAL PLANS & NUTRITION COACHING?

If you are a person who prefers to follow a structured meal plan (specific to your likes & dislikes) on a weekly basis then the Nutrition Plan Package would be best for you. If you have previous experience tracking calories, macronutrients & prefer not to eat the same meals everyday then Nutrition Coaching would be best for you. Both coaching packages provide support & education on HOW to track your food intake outside of the meal plan.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

I provide at home or gym programs based on the equipment you have access to. Although if you are looking at expanding on your equipment purchasing some small dumbbells, long/short resistance bands & a yoga mat would be a good start. Additionally, as you become stronger looking at joining a gym or purchasing equipment such as a squat rack, barbell & heavier dumbbells may be a good option for you to further progress.
